Snippets

The Snippets panel is your personal library of reusable pieces. It holds two kinds of things:

• Audio clips — bits of audio you want to reuse, like a stinger, an ident, or a bed of room tone.
• Effect chains — a saved stack of effects with their settings, so a sound you dialled in once can be reapplied in one move.

Using a snippet

Open the Snippets panel and drag an item onto the timeline. An audio clip drops in as audio; an effect chain applies its whole stack to your effect stack at once.

Audio-clip snippets are also a source for the Overdub effect, so you can layer a saved clip over your audio and blend it with a dry/wet mix.
