Terms of Service
Last updated July 23, 2026
These terms cover your use of the Jaw AI application and this website, both provided by CMBL Software LLC (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using Jaw AI, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the software.
Beta software
Jaw AI is currently in public beta. That means it is under active development, may change or break between releases, and can contain bugs. We recommend keeping your own backups of any audio you care about and not relying on Jaw AI as the sole copy of important work.
Provided “as is”
Jaw AI is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CMBL Software LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of Jaw AI.
AI features and your API costs
Jaw AI's AI agent is bring-your-own-key (BYOK): you connect your own account with a supported AI provider (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) using your own API key.
Any usage charges for AI features are billed directly to you by your chosen provider and are entirely your responsibility. We do not set, control, or collect those charges. You are responsible for your own API key, for keeping it secure, and for any costs, rate limits, or terms that apply to your account with that provider. We are not liable for charges you incur through your provider — including those caused by your own usage, misconfiguration, or unauthorized access to your key. See the AI setup guide for details on connecting a provider.
Your account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to use Jaw AI only for lawful purposes and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.
Your content
You keep all rights to the audio and projects you create with Jaw AI. Your audio is processed locally on your device and is not uploaded to us — see our Privacy Policy for details on what data we do and don't handle.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Jaw AI evolves. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use Jaw AI after a change means you accept the updated terms.
